Homeowners I work with have a list of home maintenance and repair work or have small home improvement projects that do not require permitting. I am insured.

I do a lot of different types of projects! If it has to do with a home and no permits are needed, I do it. Drywall repair, replacing flooring, caulking, trim carpentry, painting, fixing plumbing and other leaks, replacing outlets, and repairing furniture are all common handyman tasks I complete with ease. I demo, repair and install tile. I still do a little metalworking. Whatever it is, I've got you covered.

My goal is to eliminate delays and provide a seamless experience. I take pride in the quality of my work and my clients notice. I enjoy solving problems - even the tricky ones. Many of my clients have a list of home improvement tasks they want me to handle. Some common examples are: replacing light fixtures, installing cabinets and shelving, mounting TVs, caulking, replacing faucets, hanging décor, furniture assembly, appliance installation, replacing electrical outlets and installing window shades.

Minor Home Repairs

One of the most typical repairs I do in a home is drywall patch and paint. I can usually deal with that in as little as 2 hours, often while doing other tasks while the mud and paint are drying. I regularly fix loose doors and cabinets, unfinished and missing trim and defective garage doors. You’ll be amazed at how efficiently I can get your home back in working order.

Remodeling

I have the tools and capacity to do your simple remodeling projects. I will beautify your kitchen, bathroom or whole home without the hassle of finding multiple workers in many trades, scheduling them all in the right order, or hiring a general contractor.
